Aileen Reilly

Aileen Reilly sees people and absorbs their stories. She is at her heart a visionary and a storyteller, helping people see their truth. At one time a felony prosecutor, Aileen told the victims' stories, through evidence and witnesses, to juries. After taking time away from her legal career to spend her days with her four children, Aileen is now an executive coach and consensus builder. 

As a certified professional coach, Aileen listens to her clients, seeing the possibilities and the bigger picture. She helps guide individuals and their relationships through times of growth, transitions, and even through conflict, to get to where they want to be, to live their intentional life and to be part of fulfilling relationships which work for everyone, whether in their office or in their homes. Aileen is a member of the International Coach Federation, an attorney, and a trained mediator. 

When she wears her hat as a fine art documentary photographer, with camera in hand, Aileen bears witness to life around her. Aileen is a firm believer in no absolute truth but rather in perspectives. Every person has their own truth, their own story. She can help you tell your story when it matters most.

Aileen is happily married and resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and their four children, and a huge dog, and a rabbit that one child swore she would take care of and now only does so occasionally.
